Core Timeline

September 2019 - New working groups complete proposal for division's activities, governance, and membership structure; October-November 2019 - Project plan with full details is presented to members for discussion; January 2020 - ALCTS, LITA, and LLAMA boards vote to put the question on the spring ballot; Spring 2020 - Members vote on whether to approve creating the new division; June 2020 - If members of all 3 divisions voted yes, ALA Council will vote to approve creating the new division; September 2020 - New divisions begins!
